I installed a hornet 564t into my 2005 honda accord. I used a HODL2 bus interface which is working fine. I also installed a PKH-3 bypass module as per manufacturers specs. I programed it as per directions and used both keys to make sure I wasn't having a problem with the first key. the car cranks but the starter will not engage. I have double checked both the wiring for the alarm and for the bypass several times and everything is as per directions in manual. I put the key in the ignition and the car and put it in acc and the vehicle attempts to start but shuts down immediately. I put the key in the start position and it starts bu for some reason the system keeps cranking the starter. If I shut the key off the vehicle shuts down too. I have tried two other PKH-3 modules that I have for my Honda Pilot and it still does the same thing. The other problem is I try to learn the tach on the vehicle and all I get is a symbol on the remote which means the alarm module is paging the 2 way lcd remote. I cant get the alarm to program because I get the same symbol on the remote and the alarm will not go into program mode. I tried the other alarm module that I have for my Honda pilot and it too does the same thing. I dont know if the program mode is shut down or not. I guess it shouldn't it because it is a new system I got from Asiawolf.com. Thank you in advance.

Did you use the black key for programming? Are you sure your ground out while running wire from the remote start unit is working? Is the remote start unit set for tach-that will keep it cranking if it's set to tach and it's not hooked up or you don't have a good tach source.Did the PKH-3 light blink when ypu programmed it,and did you move the jumper back to operating posistion?

I used both black keys. I connected the tach wire to the blue/red at ecm/pcm connector. the pkh3 blinked when i programed it and stopped blinking when I set the jumper to the run mode. I get about 2 volts on the tach wire when vehicle is running. the remote is set to tach.

Temporarily re-program your remote starter for voltage sense, and set the cranking time to 1.0 seconds. If it works then, you know you probably got the wrong tach wire.
Also, the green light on the dash with a picture of a key----take a look at it. Forget the remote start for a moment, and turn the ignition on with the factory key, then start it----observe how the light is supposed to function.
Is the light doing the same thing when you try to remote start it? If so, your transponder bypass is probably okay. If the light is flashing when it shouldn't be, there is a problem there.
Also, if the car "sees" two keys at once it is likely it won't start. Your idea of attempting to use the remote start with the key sitting in the ignition is a good one---------but you should disconnect either the power or the ground-when-running wire from the bypass----this way, the car doesn't see two keys.

I can't get the alarm into program mode. I can't even get it to learn tach. everytime I try and do either I get a phone icon on the LCD display of the remote and a melody that goes with it. I lokked it up and all the manual states is that the brain is transmotting to the remote. Could this be my problem? If so how can I correct it.

I got to program the alarm. I also switched over to voltage from tach and the car started than. Does anyone know the color of the tach wire for the 2005 honda accord ex. I got blue/red or blue at the ecm i/s the car by the transmission tunnel. Is that correct. I leave it at voltage do I still connect the tach wire to something else? Any help I would greatly appreciate it. And thank for answering my other questions.
