I just picked up a keyless entry system off a clearance rack at the local auto parts store.  I've installed keyless entry systems prior to this, but my car is a 2001 Sebring sedan, with the one wire door lock system.  I did some research and found that I need a 750 ohm resistor and a 1.8k ohm resistor.  I tried the local Radio Shack, but they didn't have those particular resistors.  Is there any where that sells specific resistors locally, or should I order online?  Also, will a 1/4 watt resistor be sufficient or should I look for something with more wattage?  And finally, what is the best way to wire the resistors into the system?

Thanks in advance for the help!

1/4 is o.k.
You can put different Resistors together to equal the Resistance you need ( Radio Snack Dealer should have told you ) or use Variable Resistors
Also...OMEGA makes a Relay Pack ..  DLR-U .... that has Variable resistiors, Relays & does a varity of stuff
