In Nov. 05 we put a remote start in with a GMDLBP. Worked fine. Owner claimed it set off factory alarm once a week. Now wife said to fix it. Supposidly.

Now I brought it in, Alarm triggered after set and remote starting it. Doorlocks were not working really. I swapped out the interface. Same thing. Tried the GMBP and it started without factory alarm going wacko. Tried a MULTI DL and GMDL4. Both did the same. Once in awhile it will do something with the locks. We tried switching starters also. Tried changing grounds, power supply, triggering directly to ground, checked all vehicle fuses, everthing possible.

Finally just tossed in the GMBP untill I get an interface I dont have.

Anyone else run into this yet? IT IS a 2006. Had been bought with 3k on it, starter put in at 5k and back at 8k. It was just in for an oil chage but that was supposidly it.

Could you try a Crimestopper GM-SL ? I have used these alot if I was having trouble with the GMDLBP doing wierd things. It always seems to disarm really well.. Just a Thought...
