the extra wired relay, not the starter relay, has a blue wire on it i was wondering what this relay does and where to hook it up. Also i am having a problem bypassing the transponder on an 06 civic the security light keeps comming on when i try to start it. any help would be appreciated.

The BLUE wire is the 2nd ACC, IGN or STARTER wire that you will use from the CN2 harness. Whatever your vehicle requires ( if any ) you will have the BLUE wire output to the appropriate wire ont he car. As far as the security light, what bypass module did you use  ?

i used an old code alarm bypass then tried an omega pass 4 unit. i tried to move the key in the bypass unit every way, i even cut out part of the box to move it farther.

Make sure that you have at least 6-8 wraps of the wiring for the ignition in order for the signal from the key to reach the coulmn. I've heard in the past that some installers are having problems with the low output levels of the RF in the Civic keys.
