Does the truck have factory keyless entry?  If it does you can get the door trigger at the keyless entry module.  The keyless is located on the firewall near the driver kick panel.  The door trigger wire is the light blue/white next to the black pink.  It is a negative trigger.

Notes:

NOTE: This vehicle is equipted with PATS (Passive Anti Theft System). Use DEI module 555F to over-ride during remote start.  *1 Tach wire: On the 4.6L it is a pink/white in a 3 pin plug at the front of the motor below the air intake and next to the fan. On the 5.4L it is a lt. GREEN / WHITE at the coil on the passenger side of the motor between the fuel injectors.  *2 The keyless module is located high in the drivers kick against the firewall.  *3 One of two. The wire is in pin 11 and it is next to the BLACK/ pink wire. Test with a digital multi-meter ONLY, to keep from damaging the circuit tied into the other lt. blue/white.  *4 The cruise control module is on the driver side fender.

You have to bypass the GEM module that shuts down after 30 - 45 minutes. After the shut down the door trigger wires loose power and they rest at nothing causing a false in the Ungo's door trigger circuit and setting the alarm off. To bypass this you must use diodes and isolate each trigger point separately or use a relay to isolate.
