Hi

I have a two channel remote start and alarm system I have every thing hookep up except three wires : A Ch1 and Ch 2 wires were I have no idea were to start and a status wire I don't know where to connect but I think it is for the remote starter because the starter engages and the car turns but doesn't start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

What is the exact make and model of the remote start?
The status wire is not needed in your application, it is to activate things like a transponder bypass.
Ch1 and Ch2 sound like auxiliary outputs for things like trunk release, they are probably not needed.
Did you hook up both ignition wires in the vehicle? Your 97 Corolla has 2 ignition wires, both need to be energized for remote start. Did you hook up a tachometer connection? If you did, did the unit program? If you did not, did you set your unit to voltage sensing with a long enough crank time?
