thank you much ,what would you suggest as a good after market alarm system for a honda accord 97

my accord remotely locks fine when i press the button but lately i dont hear the chirp when the alarm is armed nor when it is disarmed, only the lights flash, once and twice respectively.

when i am inside the car and the car has been locked with the remote and i open the door from the inside , the alarm does not go off.

any suggestions

the security system i have is HARRISON and the remotes are prestige
