DEI Alarms have that feature built in.  Its called comfort closure and will roll windows up as soon as you lock the door.  As for windows down you can use a seperate channel to control it  The only thing I recommed is to go inside the door and tap in those wires.  They will meter when you turn the key.  When you roll your windows up you lock door and then lock again. Rember you have to copy what the car does already to make it work   It requires one pulse to lock and then another continues pulse to roll window up.  I do not recommed to use a relay with timer to roll windows up as it may be dangerous if someones hand can be caught.  Using the built in feature with DEI its easy and in case someones hand is in the way as soon as you press the unlock it will stop rolling up.
