Im installing this in my 2001 Chevy Silverado, but I decided not to use the remote start. But When I tap into the power lock motor wires only the gray one accepts it, once I tap the tan only the passenger door works. Am I right in thinkin my truck is setup up DIrect Wired, Reversing Polarity system? Thats the diagram I used from the directions. Also the factory alarm i tap into the green wire behind the kickpanel near the ebrake release, the only wire left that I dont know if I use it or not is the RED / White for (-) Channel 2, what is that for? I included some pics

Your lock wire is light blue and your unlock wire is white and are located at the BCM. The BCM is located behind the drivers side of the dash. The plugs on the BCM face towards the rear of the vehicle. The parking lights are in pin A5 and the headlights are in pin A11.  Always METER when possible.  By they way the are positive triggers.

ok i got the lock wires figured out I just spliced em near the fuse panel, cuz I noticed the previous owner had the same setup and I took his out a while back due to it not working unless you were close to the truck, but now it locks, locks when I put the key on, but doesnt unlock, or flash the lights.... what does that RED / white (-) go to? also i noticed when I open my door my dome light wasnt turning on now.

The RED / white wire is a second channel for something like a trunk or window modules...etc.  Did you connect the domelight output wire. Also what do you mean with "put the key on".  Those two wires I posted earlier will do the trick .

I connected the white wire to the brown parking light wire, i didnt touch the dome light, and when I turn the truck on the doors lock themselves, but there is still no UNLOCK with the clicker
