Is the 528T an ON-OFF-ON SPDT or an ON-ON SPDT switch? In other words, does it rest at OFF or does it rest at (-) or (+)?

It rests in the off position.  It connects the circuit (or disconnects a circuit) for a timed period .. then rests at it's original circuit state.

Its a timed relay. It rest with 87a and 30 connected. When it is active, 87 and 30 are connected. There is no "polarity" that it rest at.

Ya that doesn't answer my question. I didn't ask what a 528T is. I'm asking if it's an ON-OFF-ON or an ON-ON switch. Does it rest at OFF or does it rest at (+) or (-)?
