i am hookin up a remote start sys. in my caprice. i hooked up all ingnition wires 1,2 and acc. the heat and air still won't work upon remote start. help please

What model of remote starter??

Could be you have hooked to the wrong wire (Acc should be heavy gauge orange)or your connection is bad - did you solder or use a T-tap/scotch block?

its a blackwidow security bw-z5( http://www.blackwidowsecurity.com/combo.htm)

i used t snaps. and yes i used the thick guage orange wire. but there is another thick orange wire on the ing. and a brown wire as well?
