I'm trying to create a simple system that monitors TPS voltage, and releases the A/C clutch when over 3500 RPM. Any Ideas?

Get a tach "pill" that engages at 3500 rpm and run it to a relay that will break connection to the ac clutch. Check jegs for something like this
