On the "Single MOSFET Relay Toggle Circuit" in this site: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/Bill_Bowden/page9.htm#555delay.gif

what does the relay on the left do? The circuit seems incomplete with this relay being that there is no leads going to the coil portion of the relay, or am I missing something. Maby I just am misunderstanding the layout of the relays on this circuit. Can someone please clarify this up for me? Thanks.

I was going to go with the quad-relay setup on this site, but I want to save as much room as possible to fit 5 circuits in one enclosure. I also think that this circuit would also be more reliable being it uses less moving parts.
