I suggest buying a DEI 530t window module. It allows you to lower 2 windows with your alarm's remote (if you have a spare channel), and it also rolls the windows up upon arming your car. Also, it adds 1-touch operation (1-touch up and 1-touch down) to your window switches. You can get it around $45, and it's worth it in my book.

The company is called DEI - Directed Electronics.
Their website is : http://www.directed.com/
I wouldn't buy it from them, though...you can get them anywhere. Check Ebay (but be careful there), call your local car store (they might have it), and check internet stores. I got mine brand new for $50, and that was last year. You can probably find it cheaper. Even someone on here might be selling one in the buy/sell forum.

or you can make one yourself for maybe $10 and a little know how.  i did.  plus i made mine so it's NOT one touch.  i like it better that way.  just hooked it up to a validity output.  i could prolly do the whole rollup when arming thing but it's not something i'd really use i think.   if you really want the one-touch and the auto roll-up go with DEI.  i think it's got a built in current sensor that cuts off when it sees the current spike caused by the windows reaching the end of the track.

oh yea, my system IS both directions on both windows.  i wired up about 6 SPDT relays to alternate the signal between the 'up' and 'down' relays on the motor leads themselves.

That's cool that you did it yourself....where were you able to get 6 relays for around $10? I like the 530t, though, for the reasons you mentioned....I think the 1-touch is cool. I find myself getting into other peoples' cars, and wondering why I have to hold the window switch downautomatic windows -- posted image. I also like the "up on arming" because that's what I use to shut the windows. Since I don't have a separate channel to shut the windows...I just disarm and rearm to shut them.

that's cool.   haha sorry for the double post, i dunno what happened there... i guess it all depends what you're looking for.  i like being able to crack my windows partially when i walk over to my car instead of having them open all the way.   oh and actually i paid like $10 for 10 relays.  6 for alternating the signal and 4 power relays for the motor leads themselves (one per window per direction).  checkout www.partsexpress.com for bosch type SPDT power relays.  for other applications try www.hosfelt.com  they've got a wide selection of relays that're much smaller than standard power relays.   they work really well for low current applications. (i used those for alternating the signal).

thanks for the sites...
and just to clarify, for the 530t, if you hit the button once on your remote, the windows vent a few inches. So, every time you hit the button, then vent more. If you hold the button for a few seconds, that's when they roll down all the way.
