we are installing a kill switch on my car today, and i need help doing so.we have a 12v heavy duty car relay, dpdt relay, magnetic reed switch, 12v LED and a normally off pushbutton.we are trying to make it so that the pushbutton immobilizes the car, and swiping a magnet past the reed switch, the car will be drivable again.we are hooking this up to my EFI system. and we are pretty much clueless. http://www.autospeed.com/A_0059/cms/article.html thats where the idea came from

hah, that diagram should work, its not very easy to read... what exactly is the problem? Having a hard time just getting it all set-up (i could understand from that diagram). I dont understand why they say "earth" lol i dont know many people with and earth ground in a car...
