I need a relay that will drive (2) 12 vdc solenoids.  The circuit that drives the relay will be supplying the coil with about 200mA and 10-12 vdc.  I dont know how much contact voltage a normal solenoid needs and I dont know what kind of relay will drive both solenoids(spdt,dpdt,etc...).  Any help on this subect will be greatly appreciated.  I also need to know how to wire relays.

Thanks,

I know just enough to be dangerous to myself

what im trying to do is a bit complicated and goes into some depth, i just need to drive open 2 solenoids for a given amount of time and the circuit i'm using wont supply enough current to directly open two solenoids(I think) so i need to use a relay or so i've been told,  I don't have any expierience with relays or solenoids so i'm at a stand still until can figure it out
