The lock and unlock inputs (labeled as alarm (-) lock/unlock output) will be the in and out wiring from the toggle switch. Then the lock and unlock outputs will go to the motor's wiring. This will make both wires ground at rest and when you move the toggle switch to extend the motor it will send power to the wire that moves the motor out. When you move the toggle switch retract the motor in it will send power to the wire that moves the motor in.
