Try to type your stuff a little more clearly--my head is spinning now.  Anyway, we'll need a lot more information to help.

What kind of Jimmy is it?  K5 or S-15?  If S-15, four-door or two-door?

I have no idea what kind of relays Canadian Tire sells.  Doesn't the package say what type of relay it is?

What type of system are you trying to wire up?  Is this a 5-wire (reversing polarity) car?

What color are the wires you're interfacing to?  About how thick are they?

You said the car's wires test as negative..... WHEN do they test as negative?  When the locks are at rest, or when you're pushing the button?

Where have you connected each pin of each relay?
