Need Negative from Missing Power

I have a automobile application that requires a ground present when the ignition is OFF and an open circuit when the ignition is on.  Any ideas or help would be appreciated!

85= ign

86= ground

30= ground ouptut when ing off

87a= ground

87= empty

Thanks for the quick response!  How about the same situation with a double throw so I can have 2 ground outputs when ignition is off?
