so a customer called me asked if i could fit his remote start for him and he had the unit already. Came in wired it all up as usual and unit was in tack lockout went to reset it as per instructions but the led's on the antenna aren't lighting up and the system doesn't let me get into programming mode to allow the reset.....Any idea's people?

i got it with out using directech anybody else need it go here
