I'll be writing the user section for the vehicle information database that will allow members to create and edit new records. Once completed, members that are providing information as a result of a request  by other members are encouraged to add any wiring information to this database. This will make searching for such information quick and simple. Currently there are nearly 3000 records.  If you are logged in, you can view them here:

https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/vehicles.asp.

In the meantime please post new wiring information in this forum.

Most of the wiring harnesses that are made today use the aftermarket wire colors as their wire colors. You can most likely just use the wire harness colrs and match them up with the Kenwood deck and it will work fine. Also, if you look closely at the wires ( in most cases ) the wire description is on there, eg. power, ground, left fron speaker, etc.....

HELP!  I am trying to find a wiring diagram for a 1987 Cutlass Supreme's cruise control.  I have power going from the fuse box to the switch, but nothing goes under the hood.  I was able to trace the hot wire from the fuse box to one of the brake switches and up to the on/off switch.  Leaving the brake switch to the servo and actuator, i get nothing.  Any suggestions??

Hello! I recently purchased a 1982 ford lincoln towncar. The previous owner thinks of himself as a great mechanic. I on the other hand am not to proud to ask for help. I need diagrams for the charging system and vacuum system.
