bought and going to install head unit in dad's 2003 f250...used to have 98 f150...anyone know

if dash kit and wiring harness are the same?

The wiring harness is the Metra 70-1771, and the dash kit is FMK550. I don't know what was used on the 98 truck so I couldn't tell you if it's the same as the stuff you need for your dad's truck.
