2003 dodge ram 2500

I can't seem to remove the door panels to change out the speakers. i changed the head unit with no problem but just get get the door panel orr without breaking. does anybody have a tip or trick that can help me out?

there's a screw in the side view mirror cover, 2 from the bottom of the door panel, 1 holding the door handle, and another one behind the door handle once it's removed.  Also it will be held in wth a bucnh of little plastic clips around the edes and sometimes they require a lot of force to pop them out.
