Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2001 Dodge Dakota.  I am installing a alarm with a remote starter.  The vehicle was stolen in Boston.  I got it back and plan on keeping it.

Ever done any Dodgne vehicles before?  In any case make sure to use yellow in the A-pillar for door trigger unless you double diode isolate at the bcm for each door wire because every 15 min the bcm sends out a pulse which will fulse your alarm, I'll get back to you on wiring though.

BLACK/ yellow   -  parklights

WHITE/ beige  - brake

Pink/black  -  12 volts

blue  - ignition

BLACK/ orange - accesory

green - second accesory

yellow  -  starter wire

If your truck has a 4.7 and up motor there is a GREEN/ red that has to be powered up for 2nd ignition, make sure you test each of the wires!  All these wires exept the brake and parklights are in the main and most of them are about 14 gauge, you will be able to tell execpt on the GREEN/ red.  If you get the wrong one you will be able to tell becasue your digital gear display won't light up.  Anything else let me know.
