Its not the 2003 but toyota are usually enough constant in their wiring thru years i dont know specifically for 2003 but do your testing with this reference.

Notes:
*1 Unlock requires a double pulse. *2 Vehicles without Daytime Running Lights it is RED / blue. Vehicles with DRL it is RED / green. *3 The driver door trigger is green, the front passenger door trigger is GREEN / WHITE, and the rear door trigger is YELLOW /GREEN. Use all three wires and diode isolate each. *4 On the 4 cyl it is at the data link connector to the right of the steering column. On the V6 it is at the igniter on the passenger fender, below the air filter box.
