2007 envoy denali bose

I got a 07 envoy with bose, I have tried 3 different Metra GMOS-04 harness, the first one worked but had annoying pops in the speakers and the door chime was acting strange, took it back to the local shop and got another one, this one the switched shuts off two seconds after plugging in the harness and the stereo wont work, took it back, went to circuit city, and got one from them same thing, switched shuts off seconds after turning on the truck and no door chime. Metra assures me this is right unit but i am begging to have my doubts, need some other peoples imput. thanks

gmos-04 harness, having same problems in my 2007 trailblazer ss. it sucks, annoying noises through thr front left speaker, gonna try to just tap off the factory harness this weekend. read to many bad reviews about that harness, i dont know why metra even sells it.

I actually went with a Pheripal bypass, plugged it in and works like a charm. that metra-harness isnt any good. And their tech support is clueless, I was on the phone with them, for over and hour and when they finally ran out of options they tell me my truck doesnt exist. That they dont make a denali envoy.
