We have a 2009 Honda Fit (Basic)model, and I have installed the Eclipse Navigation system with disk changer, sirius and dvd monitors. I need the speed pulse sensor wire from the EMC for the navigation. Can you help me?

How do you like the 2009 Fit? I had the 2007 Fit Sport up unit last month when I traded it in for a 2006 Pilot. I like it alot, but I didn't like the look of the new Fit. I also felt that the 07 Fit was very installer friendly, is the 09?
Do it right the first time!

The '09 Fit is an awesome little car, excellent all around vehicle, did well in the mountains going to and from CA twice, once in terrible conditions, moreover, it is my wife's car and she loves it, as well considers it to be "Cute" too funny. This car was very installer friendly, other than the 7" headrest monitors being too big for the Fit headrest, ordering headrest monitor brackets worked out well for the install. Happy wife, happy kids...enjoyable journey, though without compromise I prefer to journey in my '08 Camry SE...

Mike, I have been so busy over the Holidays and wish to have gotten back to you sooner. Your Avox records indicate the purple and white wire for the speed sensor, well, there is no purple and white wire in any of the harnesses, in addition, I spent an exceedingly longtime pulling the dashboard apart opening all of the wire looms with a hook pick trying to locate the pulse wire. Without prevail I was unable to locate the speed sensor wire, moreover, in the "Fit Sport”, it is right there for easy access and it is purple and white, but in the "Fit Basic" it is not available. I contacted my local Honda dealer and spoke with a mechanic and he pulled the wire schematics and could not give me the pulse sensor wire for the Fit Basic to or from the EMC. Truly, I appreciate all of your efforts do you have any other suggestions to help me with this issue? Jonathan

Installation Excellence shows it as blue in the radio harness.
