I am getting ready to install video equipment in my 2000 Grand Caravan.

I have purchased 3 LCD's, a DVD player, 4-way video distribution device, FM emitter, and headphone amplifier.

Reading thru the threads here it looks like to get power I can either tap into my fuse box or my ignition harness. That sounds great, but how do I split that to the different devices? All of those devices listed have 12v power leads, how do I distribute that power? I cant imagine 7 splices into my ignition harness. I have seen power distribution blocks, but they seem to be geared towards Amplifier installs. Can anyone illuminate this for me?

Thanks in advance for any help

You can get 10 or 12 gauge distro blocks that work great. I'll give you some advice, first DONT drill or screw anything down the middle of the car the main harness run in channels under the carpet(not 100% sure if its this van that has that but just be to be safe). You might have your install plan allready worked out but what I would do it just remove the drivers seat, run a 10gauge power wire from the battery to a distro block. Put you dvd player under there along with the video amp. You can run all your wires to under there for a really clean looking install. If you need some more help or anything just ask. Good luck
