I accidentally cut off the Video cable from the 8 Pin. I split it open and there are wires and a yellow wraped wire inside of that what do I do in order to get an image?

Buy a new one of whatever it is that you have? You would need to reconnect the like colors back together. If you are trying to modify something then it would be better to post what it is you are actually trying to do to what.
