Hey Guy's , I have been looking for a place I heard of from a co-worker that certifies you on repairing Fire EMS and Police vehicles . The company I work for is looking to get all of the installers MECP certified but much of that training does not apply to this line of work ... If you guy's know of the web site or have info on it please let me know .
Thank You .

Our ES installer just uses MECP. He handles City PD, County SO and Daytona International Speedway vehicles. I have a light bar here and have been around police cars alot, there isn't all that much to the electronics aside from programming the radios.

I did find a certification program that is aimed at the emergency vehicle field . It's called EVT you can find them @ evtcc.org it looks pretty good so far and they have a ton of training courses available . Pretty cheap to about $70 per test .
