Probably a very dumb question but...
I ran about 9 of the same size/color wires thru my fire wall into my truck. I never labeled them so now I need to know which wire is which. They are all in techflex and not able to trace them back to where they originate from. So is there any easy way to do this using a volt meter or something?
I appreciate the help!!!

Ground one end of one of the wires.  With you meter set to Ohms, touch and hold one lead to the chassis of the vehicle.  Now touch the other lead to each wire, one at a time untill you find the one that reads very near 0 Ohms.  Label both ends and proceed to the next wire.

set your DMM to continuity and connect one probe to any wire on either side (you may need a long test probe to connect to the other side) with the other probe test each wire until you get continuity. once you do, you have found that that end is from the same wire as the other end, repeat the steps for each wire you have.
