you know haow some of the new toyotas and fords have keyless ignition? it senses that your keyfob is in proximity of the vehicle and clicks some relays allowing you to push button start. are there kits out there to do this or is there a way i can make it? all i would need is some kind of proximity tx and rx and have it click a relay.
anyone else tried this?

The biggest hurdle in keyless start is defeating the mechanical steering wheel lock.  Next, you need to make sure you can bypass any electronic security (just like a remote start).

Next, you need to be able to control all ignition circuits (ignition, accessory, and starter).  You will then need a way to shut off the ignition and accessory circuits when you want to shut your car off.

There are products out there to do this, but it will take a bit more then just a proximatey rx and tx and some relays.
