i need the wiring diagram for a 1994 ford mustang, its a V6. Does it have a built in amp? If so where is it?

Yes, most likely it has a built-in amp.  Did it come with the "premium" sound sytem (this is different from the "mach" or "jbl" sound system).  I'm pretty sure if it does have an amp, it's either gonna be underneath the stock head unit behind the dash, on the rear wheel hump, or on the underside of the rear deck.

If you're gonna be putting in a new head unit I highly recommend you use the proper wiring harness, and, if necessary, the proper amplifier integration harness.  It will not only make your install much, much easier, but it will also be more reliable and sound better. Anyways here's the wiring:
