what´s Illumination and what dose it do and what do i connect it to?

You need to be a bit more specific....what is this for? An alarm?

This is for the decks display dimmer. When connect it should dim the display when your lights come on and become brighter when turned off. I'm not sure where yours would connect cause I don't know what you drive. Mine just wired right up to the dimmer wire that is already there.
