Ok, I have been doing installs for about 2.5 years now, but have never run across something like this. I did the head unit in my friend's 2000 Jetta (which with an Alpine CDA-7395 looks sick with blue lights :) ). Well, I went to do the speakers with some Alpine type-R 6.5"'s and I could not figure them out. They look like they are rivited in or something. Anyone done these before?

Thanks!

Chris

you7 gots to drill out the rivet & make a wood plate to fit the hole & also hold the speaker same in the rear we will always coat the wood in resin so you dont have to worry about rain & water good luck & enjoy
