It happens as the number of posts you make climb or if someone promotes you to moderator like Dyohn has been. Good for him.
It is not a good idea to spam the site in order to make your post count climb, I'm sure that your status can easily be dropped back as well.Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
