I need some tech support for this system. I have a 98 Dodge ram and My installer is having a problem getting the auto start to opperate correct. when you get the truck to start and hit the brake it wont shut off and it also lets the starter keeps running? any help!

Verify that the proper brake switch wire has been tapped into. Starter crank time is usually programmable. Post more info, like the brand and model of the remote starter.

This is what my installer had to say,whenhe starts te truck undernormal procedure I.E.D+B it will only start once properly.Then when it does start about 4 or 5 seconds the system trys starting the truck agian causing the starter to grind. Phoenix digital 2-way remote start and alarm PD-175 ,I have 98 Dodger Ram.Any advice will HELP THANKS!

Tell your installer he has the wrong oil wire....the brain needs to know when to stop cranking.

Tech. support (323)588-8162 ask for Victor! thats the only thing I could find.My installer spoke to him today and I have Appt. for Sat. to try and work out the bugs in this system! Let you know how it turns out.Pass it on!
