Amp locale, I do not know....

as far as installing the head unit...since there's no dash kit...It's probably an iso-mount.

Pull out the fatory deck, and the "arms" that bolt the factory deck in un screw them and screw them onto the aftermarket HU., than you just use those arms to bolt in the deck...the HU instructions should also give you a more detailed explanation...if not post, and I or someone else will reply....But that's how the head unit goes in....

As far as the amp goes...use Metra's Wiring harness 70--1761, that should take car of any amp interfacing you may need to do....unless you're trying to get crazy, than you'll have to explain what you are trying to do...
