Ok I understand how you setup up bridging and how you can figure it out with the calculators on here and such. That isn't really enough for me, can someone explain the scientific side as to how it works? I am just having trouble figuring the logical reasoning as to why you have an amp put out at 2 ohms bridged to 2 4-ohm subs. Basically 2 doesn't equal 4, so how do that work? I understand how things work in a series setup, very easy, just not sure exactly how bridging functions.

Wow, very nice, I am not entirely sure if it is explaining what I need, but it definitely helped me grasp bridging more in depth. I will re-read the section this week sometime and make sure I didn't miss something.
