Hey y'all,
I need to quite thing down in a pretty noisy car. Any suggestions on the best sound deadening materials out there? I want it to be quite as possible.

brown bread or rubberized undercoating for the hard to get to areas

brown bread is the same as dynamat, just a lot cheaper, and in many people's opinions, it works better.  www.b-quiet.com they sell brown bread and dynamat (although they focus on brown bread I am pretty sure they are the manufacturer), there are some good deals on brown bread on ebay, just look around and get whatever deal looks best.
