check to see if it has a security or theft like that comes on when you turn the vehicle off, it's usually an easy way to know if it does or not, either that or if it's got a fat gray head on the key then it's got a chip inside and it will need a bypass unit. those the 2 of the ways i use to find out if i need a bypass module befor i get a print out of the wire codes.
