A few times I thought I had found the answer to my question, but the answer said "see DirectFax # 1091". How &/or where do I find these DirectFax documents?

If you have access to the directechs website you just use the search feature and type in that directfax number.

Thanks for your reply. I must be a bit on the dim side, but I googled directech and came up with a t.v. satellite site, a high tech building co. and a few porn sites. Do you have an address?

I think I'm getting close!

the site is directechs.ca but if you arent an authorized dealer than you wont have a password to get in so it wont help you.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!. Imagine that, I found 45 other posts concerning that document just by using the search button. At any rate, here is one of them. A link to the document is in the post as well.
