Hey guys,
I apoligize in advance if this post doesn't belong here. My Compustar remote is starting to go crazy on me and I think it's about time to replace. 2 questions...first can I upgrade to the wide spectrum remote or do I have to stick with the 900mhz one. And secondly where can I find the replacemnt one, I don't know any retailers in my area. Thanks

What system do you have now ?Usually it just a matter of replacing the remote control as well as the antenna on the CM3000 CPU's.

I forget the exact model but it's the one with the blue 2 way remote , I think the 900mhz. I'm very impressed with the unit, I've had it was 3yrs on 3 different cars and other then the remote it's going strong. And yeah I heard something about just changing the remote and antenna....I guess the brain's the same or something. Are the remote and antenna sold seperatly? Oh and by the way I'm in Toronto.
Thanks again for ur help
