windstar problems

I just got my 99 windstar and theres some problems that i need to fix i was wondering if anyone knew how.

1) passenger back door wont, its unlocked but i think its stuck

2) when u use the power locks, the front doors dont lock/unlock

3) the driver side rear window wont roll out

4) theres a button right beside the stereo and lights up off and theres a P on it. and when it gets pressed, off disappears but i dont know what happens

Also does anyone have a diagram for the fus box under the kick panel or even beter the owners manual.

1. The back door won't open?  You may have to break the interior paneling to access the latch assembly if you can't seem to get it open.  Then you should be able to locate the problem, repair/replace what needs it, and buy/install a new inside panel.

2. Test the actuators.  I've seen more then one bad actuator in a vehicle, so look into that first.  Make sure you're getting power/ground (they must have both) to them, when you press the switch.  This will tell you if the problem is in the wiring leading up to the actuators.  You can also disconnect them and feed them power directly to test for operation.

3. Like above, you need to see if the motor is getting power/ground.  Then go from there.
