I am reading in an electrical book about voltage drops and they said "High voltage, low impedence headunits are better for noise reduction".  Im guessing they are talking about the voltage of the signal cable(RCA).   Would it be correct to say "High voltage, high impedence"? If it is high voltage with a low impedence source, wouldnt that create more current flow that the RCA cant handle?

The book you are reading has it worded correctly.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
