Hello All,

I just installed one of those add on cd Changers to my Nissan Quest with the Premium Sound system. When we bought the van, the CD didn't work so we decided to add the changer. Now when I tune the radio to the required radio station, 1. only the left side has very muted sound coming out and 2. the left side has to have the volume all the way up to hear anything barely. Any ideas on what to look for to fix this situation as my wife is going crazy with no tunes.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,

Pat

Yes, your factory amps are bad, replace them or change the radio(the amps are usually located in the rear behind the left quarter panel or behind the glove box) That might be your problem.

Thanks I'll check on those. Would other radio stations come in clear as a bell and loud if the amps have gone out? Just wondering if something else could be wrong.

Thanks again,

Pat
