What research did you guys do before deciding where to put your retail location? Did your research/demographic consensus match pretty well to your clientel?

Research is grat if you know what to do with it.

Reallity is zonning, bylaws, and usable buildings are going to affect your location. If your using the research to determine which city/town to be in it will help, after that you choices get narrowed pretty quick. Then a whole new set of factors kick in.
