Is there any difference in the conductivity of a crimp style terminal versus a screw type? (amperag in question is >70 amps)

thanks in advance

A properly installed crimp terminal is almost always more secure than a screw terminal. I am guessing you're talking about the setscrew type terminals. They have a tendency to work loose over time. The crimp terminal should conduct better because there is more even pressure over the whole terminal, as opposed to the setscrew type where the pressure is only under the screw. An overtightened screw can also damage the wire and tear off some of the strands. Unfortunately most distro blocks and amps come with setscrew terminals, so the opportunity to use crimps is limited.

Excellent. That's the info I need. Now I can save money too because they're less expensive.
