Does anybody know what size split loom I need for 1/0 gauge wire?

without actually having the wire in your hand, this is nowadays a hard question to answer. One manufacturers 1/0 may be substantially smaller or larger than anothers. You will need to get the cable and measure the diameter to figure out what size loom to purchase.
