Anyone know what the vss frequency is for an 08 spectra?

tried 4000ppm but not sure if its changed or I have another problem.

Green Wire at the obd2 test connector under the dash.

is it a spectra 5 its Green /Orange wire located at the back of the speedometer in a 24 pin plug pin # 13
